About the Journal

Objective

To regulate the evaluation and publication of the intellectual production of interested persons who wish to disseminate their contributions to the development of research.

Approach

Pakamuros is an open access scientific journal, in digital format, the review process is peer reviewed and publishes original manuscripts. It is edited and published by the Vice-Presidency of Research of the National University of Jaen (UNJ). It is indexed in the Regional Online Information System for Scientific Journals of Latin America, the Caribbean, Spain and Portugal (Latindex 2.0).

Manuscripts written in Spanish or English are accepted.

Scope

It is a multidisciplinary journal, where research papers in the areas of Engineering, Education and Health are published. Especially with the contribution of all components, which provide innovative ideas in science and technology.

The Journal does not charge any fee for submitting or publishing manuscripts.

Frequency of publication

From 2020, Pakamuros publishes four issues per year (minimum 40 manuscripts per year), at the end of March, June, September and December.

The journal receives manuscripts constantly during the year, which immediately enter the review process. Accepted articles will be scheduled for publication in a subsequent issue of the journal.

Receipt of a manuscript for review in no way guarantees its acceptance.

Pakamuros guarantees the review time of the articles, in a range between 2 and 4 months; from the reception of a manuscript until its final acceptance or rejection.
