The ability to enjoy life satisfaction is a right that every person should have, but unfortunately, the conditions in which people work make this difficult, and one group that is particularly affected is the police. Therefore, this study sought to determine how sleep difficulties and workplace harassment affect the level of life satisfaction. This is a predictive-cross-sectional study conducted with 806 Peruvian police officers aged 18 to 65 years (M = 31.38; SD = 6.953). The Athens Insomnia Scale, the Mobbing Scale, and the Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) were used. The study results showed that insomnia and workplace harassment negatively predict the level of life satisfaction in Peruvian police officers, concluding that sleep difficulties, as well as mobbing, affect the officers' sense of well-being and fulfillment.
