Impacto de las Tecnologías Emergentes en los Modelos de Negocio Educativos: Un Enfoque Cuantitativo

Resumen

La transformación digital en el ámbito educativo ha generado una alteración significativa en la manera en que las instituciones administran sus modelos de negocio. Este avance está siendo promovido por la incorporación de tecnologías emergentes, como la inteligencia artificial, la realidad aumentada y las plataformas de aprendizaje digital. Este estudio, de enfoque cuantitativo y correlacional sin intervención directa, analiza cómo estas tecnologías están influyendo en la transformación de los modelos de negocio dentro de las instituciones educativas. Se recopilaron datos de varias universidades para evaluar el efecto de la adopción tecnológica en la sostenibilidad y la eficiencia operativa. Los resultados revelan una correlación favorable entre la implementación de estas tecnologías y mejoras en la competitividad global y la eficiencia administrativa. Sin embargo, se identificaron desafíos importantes, como la brecha digital y la resistencia al cambio, que deben superarse para aprovechar plenamente las oportunidades que ofrece la transformación digital.
